The Special Committee on Arms Licenses met in Islamabad on Monday under the Chairmanship of Syed Ghulam Mustafa Shah, MNA to discuss the problems faced by the citizens in obtaining the Arms Licenses.
The Special Committee took serious notice of the passive and non-professional attitude of the officials of M/o Interior as not a single official came to attend the meeting of the Special Committee. The Special Committee deemed it a matter of privilege and decided to invite Secretary, M/o Interior in person in the next meeting to be held tomorrow to enquire the reasons thereon.
The Special Committee decided to bring the matter into the kind Notice of the Hon. Prime Minister of Pakistan and called off the meeting.
The meeting was attended by Mr. Khalid Hussain Magsi, Mr. Muhammad Junaid Anwar Chaudhary, Sardar Riaz Mehmood Khan Mazari, MNAs.
