The security forces recovered cache of arms, ammunition and explosives during intelligence based operation in border area of Duki on Wednesday.
Assistant Commissioner Kohlu said that the QRF Levies on an intelligence tip-off launched operation in mountainous area of Siah Koh Kalyani in district Kohlu.
He said during operation, 82 mortar shells, 52 hand grenades, seven RPGs, hundreds of bullets and explosive material was recovered.
The recovered weapons and explosives were to be used in terrorist activities in the district but timely action of security personnel foiled the bid, the AC Kohlu added.
