Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Tuesday warned of marching to Islamabad with the voters if Gilgit-Baltistan elections are rigged.
Addressing party workers in Skardu on Tuesday, he said that he was the only representative of the public who can raise their voice not only in the country but in the whole world.
The PPP chairman said only the PPP serves the people, adding that his party’s government in Sindh has built a network of free hospitals in the province and now his party would also build a cardiac hospital in Skardu.
Terming the Gilgit-Baltistan election as the future of the people of the province, Bilawal said that he would be in the province till November 15 and would not allow anyone to rob him of his vote.
The PPP chairman also warned those supporting puppet parties not to try to rig, adding that he would march towards Islamabad with the people of Gilgit-Baltistan in case of rigging in the polls. “We would not allow anyone to rig the elections,” he added.
He promised the people of Gilgit-Baltistan of giving them jobs if his party won the elections, adding that the struggle of the PPP for new generation has begun.
“Seeing the passion of the youth of Skardu, I became convinced that his party would easily win the polls,” he added.
