Call for ban on India’s extremist Hindu organizations Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) has intensified worldwide with the latest demand coming from none other than India’s ally, Australia.
Australia’s New South Wales (NSW) State Senator David Shoebridge, who has earlier spoken out against the threat posed by extremist Hindu organisations, has raised the issue in NSW State assembly.
Referring to a recent attack on Sikh community members by Hindu extremists in Australia Shoebridge said.—KMS
