Art would help in strengthening ties between Pakistan, UK: QC MP

Crescent Art Gallery Chairman Nasir Javed meet with UK Parliamentarians QC UK MP Suella Braverman, Martyn Day MP, Nosheena Mobarak Member House of Lords (UK), Lord Qurban Hussain, Councilor Graham Campbell and others and discussed with them the matters of mutual interest including art and culture.

On the occasion, CEO Crescent Sameer Nasir, Sidrah Nasir and others were present.

Talking on the occasion, Suella Braverman said that art would help in further promoting friendly relations between Pakistan and the UK in future. She said that full cooperation would be extended in the art shows to be held in the UK by Crescent Art Gallery.

Martin Day; however, said that in whole world valuable steps are being taken for promotion of art, saying that art work of the Pakistani artists is impressive.

Nasir Javed said that a plan has been made to hold art exhibition in leading cities of three countries including London, Paris and New York. He said they plan to take the Pakistani art to highest level.
