In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, All Parties Hurriyat Conference leader Mir Shahid Saleem has said that hatred against Muslims has reached its peak in India.
Mir Shahid Saleem addressing a function in Jammu said that all this was being done under a well-thought-out conspiracy which had the backing of communal forces as well as the government.
He said the purpose of making a film “The Kashmir Files” is to portray Kashmiri Muslims as savages, beasts, kidnappers and murderers so that human rights violations by Indian troops in the terri-tory for more than 30 years can be covered up.
Mir Shahid Saleem said that one of the aims of the film, which was made with prejudice and bias, was to incite the Hindu majority of India against Muslims.
