On the instructions of Inspector General of Police Punjab, the crackdown by the Punjab Police against dangerous proclaimed offenders involved in serious crimes including murder, robbery and kidnapping is rapidly continued without interruption. In the ongoing operation, another A category culprit has been arrested and brought back to Pakistan from Abroad. Spokesperson of Punjab Police said that this year, the total number of criminals arrested from abroad wanted in different crimes has reached 118 and they were brought back to Pakistan.
These criminals were wanted by various districts of Punjab including Lahore Police. The spokesperson further said that the dangerous criminal Sagheer Abbas who killed a citizen in Mianwali and fled to Saudi Arabia after the incident, has reached Pakistan due to continuous follow-up.
Punjab Police also issued red notice from Interpol for his arrest, the criminal has been handed over to the Mianwali Police for further action. While congratulating the Mianwali police team for arresting the dangerous proclaimed offender of A category.
