A man is shot dead in Helmand province

According to Taliban security officials in Helmand province, a man was fatally shot by another man in the province’s Nad Ali district.

The event occurred on Friday, June the 10th, according to Mohammad Qasim Riyadh, Deputy Director of the Taliban’s Information and Culture in Helmand province.

The victim, according to Deputy Director Riyadh, was named Mohammad Dawood Shah, who was killed by Ghulam Siddiqullah, yesterday.

Security forces have apprehended the killer, according to the Taliban officials. Consistent with the officials, the killer has maintained that Mohammad Dawood Shah came to his residence and attempted to murder him.

The motive for the murder is being investigated, according to the Deputy Director of the Taliban’s Information and Culture in Helmand province.
