THE US President Joseph Biden’s administration is preparing to send tens of millions of dollars’ worth of ammunition to Israel. The “Wall Street Journal” reported on this. It was reported that the White House plans to supply Israel with 1,000 MK-82 bombs, KMU-572 high-precision guidance kits, and explosives for KMU-572 bombs, while insisting on a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip. According to information, the US administration, the State Department, and the Pentagon refused to comment on the information. These institutions did not respond to requests for comment from the Israeli Ministry of Defense and the Prime Minister’s office.
As it is known, one of the main actors in the ongoing war in the Middle East is Washington. The regular visits of various US officials, including the Secretary of State Antony Blinken, to the region give reason to say this. The White House is repeating the Eastern European scenario in the Middle East. Through the state it can influence, it fights against its enemies and tries to increase its influence in the region.
According to media reports, relations between the United States and Israel have become strained. It is also claimed that it is directly between the leaders, that is, President Joseph Biden and Benjamin Netanyahu. Most likely, the disagreement in question is due to the situation on the battlefield. It is worth reminding that there are differences of opinion between Washington and Kiev in connection with military operations. Regardless, the United States does not completely turn its back on Ukraine for the sake of its own interests. A similar scenario may be playing out in the Middle East.
Of course, we cannot be sure that what the “Wall Street Journal” wrote is completely accurate. There is also a possibility that such news is disinformation. Therefore, the future will show how accurate the news is. But the process suggests that the United States insists on “leaving no stone unturned” in the Middle East. In the future, the expansion of the war, the joining of other Arab states in the war against Israel, as well as the increase of tension on the Ankara-Washington line, will be the result of the current policy of the White House.
