Sindh Food Authority team have paid a surprise inspection of Ideal Bakery Hill Park. Director General Sindh Food Authority Agha FakhrHussain personally supervised this inspection. During the inspection of the bakery, several food items were found to be expired.
A fine of four lakh rupees was also imposed on the management of the bakery for the poor sanitation situation.
Sindh Food Authority team has also temporarily suspended the bakery’s kitchen. Talking on this occasion, Director General Sindh Food Authority Agha FakharHussain said that the rules of hygiene should be followed in relation to food items. No compromise will be made on hygiene rules.
