Police arrest 15 culprits

Abbottabad police Anti Land Grabbing Cell and Anti Car Lifting Cell has arrested 15 culprits on account of Land Grabbing and car lifting in the current year and DPO Abbottabad Zahoor Babar Afridi has asked the general public to approach the two cells for their complaints with confidence.

In a press briefing by PRO of DPO Abbottabad while giving details of their performance from Jan 2021 told that till date 14 complaints were received in the both cells and out of which 8 cases were registered by the police in different police stations of Abbottabad and had arrested 15 accused.

It was further told that Land Mafia which was active in different parts of the district was chased by the police and assured that any sort of Land Grabbing and car lifting issues will be sorted out with quick relief to the complaiants without any fear and full protection of life will be provided to the affectees.

It was further said that legal support will also be provided to the complainants in the ALGS and ACLC by the police.

It was added that in case of any kind of land dispute, police will help out legally and lawfully.

It was further said that nose has been tighten against some of influential land mafia group gang and in coming days, they will be sent behind the bar.
