In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, two persons were killed in a shooting stone incident on Srinagar-Jammu highway.
According to Kashmir Media Service, two per-sons from Pulwama district died after a shooting stone hit a truck they were travelling in near Digdole along Srinagar-Jammu highway, officials said.
They said that a fairly large-sized stone hit the vehicle, leaving it trapped along the road. “A rescue operation was launched but unfortunately both oc-cupants of the truck died on the spot. They have been identified as Maqsood Ahmad (driver) and Naveed Ahmad (helper),” they added.—KMS
