The Islamabad Capital Police arrested 14 outlaws besides recovering narcotics and weapons from their possession during separate actions in different areas of the federal capital.
A spokesman of Islamabad Police said on Sunday that the in line with the directions of Islamabad Capital City Police Officer (ICCPO) Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan, the Islamabad Capital Police has intensified crackdown against the criminal elements in order to eliminate the crime from the city.
Following these directions, the Kohsar police team arrested two accused and recovered 40 liters of liquor from their possession. The Margalla police team arrested two accused including Muhammad Islam and Ahmed Sarfraz and recovered 260 gram heroin, 20 liter liquor from their possession.
Likewise, the Karachi Company police team arrested an accused namely Hamid and recovered 73 gram heroin from his possession.
