MULTAN – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Zain Qureshi’s wife Mahnum Kabir confirmed that she safely returned home.
She expressed her gratitude for the prayers and support she received after brief abduction.
In her statement, Mahnum thanked everyone for their concerns. PTI leader Mehrbano Qureshi also confirmed her sister-in-law’s safe return on social media, sharing a picture and expressing appreciation for the prayers and support.
Earlier, PTI leader Mehrbano Qureshi had reported that her sister-in-law had been abducted by masked individuals.
She stated that Mahnum was taken near their home when two cars blocked her vehicle, forcibly removing her from it.
The assailants, dressed in plain clothes and masked, then abducted her.
Taking to social media, Mehrbano said that despite enduring various threats for a year and a half, they have not been broken, and such underhanded tactics are now being employed.
