Arbab stated on the occasion that after a long service to the Government of Pakistan, retired employees deserve the respectable and compassionate treatment and provision of retirement benefits in an honourable manner reflects our social values. He stressed that pension cells on the pattern of Establishment Division need to be set up in all the ministries/ divisions.
