Pakistan International Airlines air hostess Hina Sani was arrested again in Canada as authorities allegedly found banned substance, methamphetamine, from her shoes.
Reports said this is the second time she had been held by the Canadian authorities as lately she was detained for carrying multiple passports.
PIA spokesperson has confirmed the development to media but stayed away from disclosing the charges leveled against the crew member.
During the interrogation, Hina Sani named two PIA officials stationed in Toronto as accomplices. She has named Faiza Javed and Jameel, who are part of the ground staff in Canada.
The suspect is yet to be presented before a court for further legal action.
Meanwhile, Federal Investigation Agency has reportedly contacted PIA for further information about the Hina Sani case.
