ISLAMABAD (PR) The third convocation of FG Home Economics and Management Sciences College F-11/1 was held at college auditorium. Chief guest of this event was Director General FDE Tanveer Ahmed while Dean of social sciences from quaidazam University mohammadidrees was the Guest of honor. 148 graduates awarded Degrees within the Departments of Textiles and Fashion Designing , Human and Family Development Studies, Food and Nutrition, Interior and Environmental Design and furniture designing.
Moreover 6 gold medals 11 scholarship awarded to the top position holder studensts of FG home economics college.
Former principal mrssamarzafar gave cash prizes by his own to the students who got gold medal in different subjects. Chief guest in his address said that the development of Pakistan lies in pursuit of modern education. The students should step into practical life. Now work side by side with men and make your place in society. Half of the population of our country consists of women, in which the number of working women is negligible.
Mohammad idrees in his speech advised students that entrepreneurship is the key of sucesss .now a days most of the male and female students just waiste their time in search of jobs while own business is more suitable for better life.
