Pakistan has the 39th largest economy in the world according to World Bank, yet it is the 5th most populous country in the world according to United Nations Development Program, on its way to become the 4th most populous by 2030.
This was highlighted in an important event held in Islamabad on population control and family planning at a local hotel on Monday. Pakistan has a huge youth bulge which means that it has a very high demographic representation of citizens under the age of 30.
