Ombudsman’s fact finding team visits Poly Clinic


Federal Ombudsman Ejaz Ahmad Qureshi taking notice of numerous complaints by the general public regarding shortage/inadequate provision of medications, inordinate delay in certification of medical reimbursement bills, unhygienic conditions, and undue delay in clinical tests and treatment, sent a team of his Advisors to Islamabad Poly Clinic Hospital to ascertain the hardship/ gravity of the problems being faced by the common man.

It Would ascertain the constraints of the Hospital Management with a view to identifying the corrective measures for overcoming the problems of the general public.

The Team comprising Senior Advisor Mr. Ahmed Farooq and Mr. Pervez Haleem, Consultant (Implementation) and others visited various departments of the hospital, interviewed the public at various places in the hospital and also called on the Executive Director alongwith senior officers of the Management to discuss the difficulties faced by the public.
