Nova City has won Lahore’s highest bid auction of co mmercial plots. The Central Business District Lahore auctioned out 5 commercial plots at prime locations.

Nova City won the auction for the largest plot, 18 kanals, at the most prime location of Lahore, for Rs. 424 million per kanal.

The total cost of the land is priced at Rs. 7.632 billion. Pakistan Coperate Consortium, Zameen.com, Metrocon, ZKB, and Bahria Town also competed in the auction.

In the presence of our prestigious business associates, the representative of NOVA City’s prestigious business associate, the largest Turkish company ‘Mr. Ahmet Ozdemir (from Turkey) and Chairman of Nova City, Chaudhry Junaid Afzal, got the bid winning certificate from the administration of the Central Business District Lahore.
