NADRA launches centralized system to resolve citizens’ complaints

ISLAMABAD – National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) on Thursday introduced a streamlined system to promptly address rare complaints from its stakeholders.

The authority said the central system, dedicated to resolving issues efficiently, ensured swift action within a maximum of 7 days.

NADRA encouraged the individuals with any concerns related to their services, facilities, or operations to submit complaints conveniently through their online web portal or by reaching out to the helpline.

The organization boasted a dedicated team available 24/7 to provide assistance to those seeking resolution.

Upon filing a complaint, representatives from the pertinent department will initiate contact with the complainant.
