Moscow is interested in importing clothing and footwear from North Korea, but the cooperation between the countries should take into account resolutions of the United Nations Security Council, the Russian Embassy in Pyongyang has told.
“The Russian Federation is very interested in the procurement of goods from North Korea, including garments, footwear, and so on. Our country has the relevant capabilities and needs. However, the embassy underscores that all such projects should be implemented in strict compliance with the UNSC resolutions prohibiting imports of certain goods from North Korea,” the Russian mission said.—INP
