METRO, the leading international wholesale company, in line with its vision of ‘Clean & Green Pakistan’, held a tree plantation drive at its Head Office in Lahore, in collaboration with the Punjab Forest Department (Extension Wing).
The event was part of the activities to commemorate the “World Environment Day”, attended by the senior management of METRO, along with the participating employees and customers.
More than 200 tree saplings have been planted at METRO Canal Bank Store under this initiative.
Sharing his thoughts, Mr. M. Thiru, Head of Store Operations, METRO Pakistan said.
