LHC declares Imran Khan’s physical remand in May 9 cases null and void

LAHORE – In a major relief to embattled PTI founder Imran Khan, the Lahore High Court (LHC) on Thursday declared his physical remand in multiple May 9 cases null and void.

LHC’s Justice Tariq Saleema nd Justice Anwarul Haq announced the ruling on petitions filed by the former prime minister against his physical remand approved by an anti-terrorism court in 12 cases related to May 9 violence.
