The Karachi Water and Sewerage Corporation (KW&&SC) has announced that water supply across the city has returned to normal following the successful completion of repairs and the restoration of power at the Hub Pumping Station. KW&SC spokesperson confirmed that the repairs to the 72-inch MS line number five at the Dhabeji Pumping Station and the water line at the Pakistan Highway LaluKhet Post Office have been finalized.

Additionally, power was fully restored at the Hub Pumping Station after a 34-hour outage. The water supply disruption was caused by a power outage and damage to water lines. KW&SC and K Electric teams worked overnight to restore services. Repairs on the 72-inch diameter MS line and the affected water line on Pakistan Highway have been completed. Power was restored at the Hub Pumping Station after being out for 34 hours due to an underground cable burst. Officials highlighted that the outage had affected water supply across various city areas, but the situation is improving with the resumption of normal operations.
