Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) lawyer Fatehullah Burki has been sent on judicial remand in case pertaining to attack on Khawar Maneka, former husband of Bushra Bibi outside court.
As per details, PTI lawyer Fatehullah Burki was presented before the Anti-terrorism court Judge Abul Hassanat Zulqarnain.
Burki’s lawyer, Naeem Haidar Panjotha, argued against the police’s request for an extension of physical remand however the court rejected the physical remand plea and sent the PTI lawyer on judicial remand.
Earlier, a case was registered against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) lawyers for allegedly attacking Khawar Maneka, former husband of Bushra Bibi outside court.
The FIR stated that 20-25 people, including Advocate Usman Riaz, Mirza Asim, Zahid Bashir, and Ansar Kiani, attacked Khawar Maneka which resulted in his injuries.
