Acting on the directives of the Director-General of the Sindh Building Control Authority, Abdul RasheedSolangi, the Demolition Squad conducted operations against unauthorized constructions in the Liaquatabad area, enforcing court orders. Several properties faced action, including the demolition of the second-floor terrace at Plot No. 1/661 and ground floor structures at Plot No. 1/666, while Plot No. 1/662 was sealed for illegal constructions. In Nazimabad, two plots at Plot No. 23/14 and Plot No. 10/14 faced enforcement actions, along with Plot No. 2/32 in North Nazimabad. However, due to security concerns, further operations were postponed.
The demolition squad, under the supervision of Director Demolition Abdul Sajjad Khan, Deputy Assistant Directors, and Demolition Officers, carried out additional operations in District Korangi and Shah Faisal Town, ensuring the removal of illegal constructions. Security forces, including the SBCA Police Force, were also present to maintain peace and security during the operations.
