Kazakhstan can learn from experience of Pakistan in diversified fields: Farid

The Chief Employers Federation of Pakistan (EFP) Islamabad Chapter M Akram Farid has said that Kazakhstan can learn from the experience of Pakistan in diversified fields especially in agriculture, steel, milk industry, food items, light engineering, banking and finance, hospitality, mining, precious stones, energy, construction, technical education and health care. He was talking with a 10 members business delegation of Kazakhstan led by Daniyar Kalimbetov.

The delegation undertook a detailed visit of the Industrial area which comprised on I-9, I-10. The delegation witnessed the live process of manufacturing industrial goods in steel, marble as well as pharmaceutical and rice outlets.

Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Pakistan Yerzhan Kistafin also accompanied the delegation and thanked Pakistani business community for warm welcome and hospitality they showed for whole delegation. He said that Kazakhstani delegation gained a lot of product knowledge and manufacturing units while carrying out a visit in the industrial area of Islamabad.

President ICCI Muhammad Shakeel Muneer said that there is dire need to increase the trade volume between the both countries. There are a lot of opportunities lies in private sector in which Kazakhstani businessmen can invest for boosting mutual trade.

Senior Vice President (SVP) ICCI Jamshed Akhter Sheikh also highlighted various areas of investment in which both countries can focus for bilateral trade and mutual cooperation.

Former Senior Vice President (SVP) Rafat Farid has said on this occasion that it is right and ripened time for both the countries to enhance bilateral trade and seek for each other’s vital experiences. He gave a comprehensive presentation and highlighted features of steel manufacturing and connected units’ coordination.

The delegation under took a visit of the industrial area and praised the manufacturing proce ss carried out in Fazal steel, Barkat rice, Solar Equipment manufacturing units, Marble industries.
