Muslim Ummah has rejected President Donald Trump’s one-sided formula for Palestine, said leading Ulemas and religious scholars of different religious schools of thought and religious organizations.
Addressing a Press Conference here on Sunday, after meeting of leading Ulemas and religious scholars, Hafiz Tahir Ashrafi, Chairman Pakistan Ulema Council stated that all the religious and political sections of Pakistan has announced to endorse Arab League’s stance adding that prevailing burning issues of Kashmir and Palestine could be settled with unity of Muslim world.
Saudi King Shah Salman bin Abdul Aziz and Palestinian President Mehmood Abbas has represented stance of Muslim world on Palestine and Kashmir categorically. Hafiz Tahir Ashrafi while addressing the press conference also announced to observe Solidarity with people of Palestine on “5th February, while observing solidarity for Kashmirs. Leading Ulemas and Mashaykh from different religious schools of thought held meeting in chair of Hafiz Muhammad Tahir Mehmood Ashrafi, Chairman Pakistan Ulema Council and announced to endorse stance of Shah Salman bin Abdul Aziz and Palestinian President Mehmood Abbas on Palestine.
Ulemas and Mashaykh also address a press conference following the meeting. On this occasion, Hafiz Tahir Ashrafi was also flanked by Syed Ziaullah Shah Bukhari, Allama Hussain Akbar, Allama Tahirul Hasssan, Maulana Ubaidullah Gormani, Maulana Abdul Hakeem Athar, Maulana Mubashar Raheemi, Maulana Naseer Ahmed Owaisi, Maulana Shamsul Haq Qadri and Maulana Abdul Jabbar Ludhyanvi. The clerics stated that US President Donald Trump has humiliated emotions of Muslim world for announcing one-sided formula for Palestine. Al-Quds is very holy for Muslims and any formula for settlement of Palestine without Al-Quds will not be accepted.
Al-Quds belongs to Muslims and settlement for issue of Kashmir and Palestine will be accepted as per wishes of the people of Kashmir and Palestine. Some conspiring elements are making baseless propaganda against leadership of Muslim Ummah to make division and anarchy among Muslim world. Entire Muslim Ummah has presented it’s categorical stance on the issue of Palestine and have rejected proposed one-sided formula of US President for Palestine. The clerics also demanded of the Muslim countries having diplomatic relations with Israel to shutdown Israeli embassies from their respective countries by making an end to diplomatic ties with Israel.
Religious scholars innheading of Hafiz Muhammad Tahir Mehmood Ashrafi also endorsed stance of Arab League on the issues of Kashmir and Palestine stating that entire Muslim Ummah is united with unanimous stance for oppressed people of Kashmir and Palestine.
