Engr Prof Dr Athar Mahboob, Vice Chancellor, Islamia University of Bahawalpur has said that the Islamia University of Bahawalpur will be included among 100 top ranked universities globally in coming five years. Our faculty and students are talented enough to be provided right direction and congenial environment to achieve academic excellence.
The Vice Chancellor expressed these views during a ceremony to inaugurate Independence Day Celebrations. On this occasion, he opened Azadi and Pakistan Studios to broadcast programs relevant to Independence Day. He also inaugurated tree plantation campaign under Plant for Pakistan Program by planting a sapling in the lawn of Radio Pakistan Bahawalpur Station.
