Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, an Indian policeman was injured after his service rifle went off accidentally Friday evening in Pulwama district.
The policeman identified as Head Constable Basharat Ahmad, received injuries in his foot during the incident, officials said.
He was removed to District Hospital Pulwama for treatment following the incident, they said, adding that his condition is said to be stable.—KMS
