In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the All Parties Hurriyat Conference while rejecting the Indian army officer’s claim has said that India is the biggest violator of international laws in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the All Parties Hurriyat Conference leaders including Nayeem Ahmad Khan, Jammu and Kashmir Democratic Freedom Party, Jammu and Kashmir Muslim League and Jammu and Kashmir Peoples League said this in response to the ridiculous claims by General Officer Commanding of Indian army’s 19 Infantry Division Major General Ajay Chandpuria about the arms recovery in north Kashmir. The APHC leaders in their statements termed the allegations as an attempt, in vain, by India to hide its crimes against humanity in IIOJK as well as to counter Pakistan’s dossiers, submitted to the United Nations, containing proofs of Indian terrorist activities in the country.
The leaders said that New Delhi on and off leaves such feelers to malign the Kashmiris’ genuine struggle for their political rights and defame Pakistan.
It is worth mentioning here that Major General Ajay Chandpuri on Sunday claimed that Indian forces had recovered a huge cache of weapons in Uri area of Baramulla district.
The APHC leaders said that India is continuously trampling international laws in IIOJK by using black laws like PSA, UAPA to arrest and detain the Kashmiris.
The leaders deplored the silence of the international community over revocation of the disputed Kashmir’s special status in flagrant violation of international laws. They said that fascist Modi regime is settling non-Kashmiris in IIOJK against UN resolutions.—KMS
