Inspector General Police Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar visited the famous religious educational institute Jamia Ashrafia and met Chief Administrator Hafiz Asad Obaid and Principal Jamia Ashrafia Maulana Fazal ur Rahim. Maulana Zubair Hassan, Maulana Ajwad Ubaid, Maulana Awais Hassan, Mufti Ahmad Ali, Maulana Hafiz Saad, Hafiz Abdul Rasheed, Qari Arshad Ubaid and other scholars and teachers were also present on this occasion.
IG Punjab Dr. Usman visited classrooms, library, computer lab, mosque and other departments of Jamia Ashrafia. Dr. Usman Anwar met the children, inquired about the educational activities. IG Punjab Dr Usman Anwar said that thousands of children of different schools of thought are getting religious studies in Jamia Ashrafia, all the classrooms of this institute are equipped with modern facilities and monitored by CCTV cameras. IG Punjab said that the purpose of coming here is to project the real facts of religious schools to everyone, no child is being forcibly taught here, nor is anyone chained, children and young students are learning Quranic studies in the best environment and are learning religious teaching of Hadith and other religious subjects.
