Governor Sindh, Muhammad Kamran Khan Tessori, and Chief Minister Sindh, Syed Murad Ali Shah, commemorated the 53rd National Day of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) by cutting a special cake to mark the occasion.
The event, held in Karachi, was attended by UAE Ambassador Hamad Obaid Ibrahim Salem Alzaabi, Consul General Dr. Bakheet Ateeq Al Romaithi, and other members of the diplomatic community.
The ceremony underscored the strong and enduring relationship between Pakistan and the UAE. Both Governor Tessori and Chief Minister Shah expressed their warm congratulations to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) people, highlighting the deep-rooted ties and mutual respect between the two nations.
They also acknowledged the continuous support provided by the United Arab Emirates (UAE)to Pakistan during challenging times, emphasizing the emotional connection felt by the Pakistani people towards the UAE.
Ambassador Hamad Obaid Ibrahim Salem Alzaabi shared his appreciation and emphasized the desire for enhanced collaboration, particularly in the area of investment opportunities between the two countries. Governor Tessori concluded the event by saying,
“We stand with the UAE in their celebrations, and our shared love and sincerity for one another continue to strengthen our relationship.”
Among the distinguished attendees were People’s Party Women Wing President Faryal Talpur, Senior Provincial Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon, Zulfikar Ali Shah, and Syed Asif Ali Shah.
