Prospective property buyers are being strongly cautioned as illegal and unapproved housing societies continue to mushroom across Lahore’s expanding urban landscape, raising serious concerns about investment safety and regulatory enforcement.
A large number of private housing schemes operating in areas such as Nishtar Town, Iqbal Town, Aziz Bhatti Town, and surrounding corridors including Raiwind Road, Bedian Road, and BRB Canal have been flagged over time for lacking mandatory approvals from the Lahore Development Authority (LDA).
