President Pakistan Peoples Party Islamabad, Iftikhar Shahzada has said that the federal government cannot run the capital territory properly and is talking big to take control of Karachi. Shahzada in a statement said that Sindh looks after people from every part of the country.
People from all over the country go to Karachi hospitals to get treatment and come back healthy whereas the hospitals in Islamabad are not even providing medicines to the poor population.
“People of Islamabad are protesting against non-availability of water. Power load-shedding is normal in Islamabad and the outages span over hours.
The federal government has failed to control the prices in different part of Islamabad,” he added.
The PPP leader said that just yesterday 43 criminal activities were reported in Islamabad in which citizens were deprived of their cars, motorcycles, money and jewellery.
He added that there were two sets of laws in Islamabad. One is for mysterious palace at the top of Banigala hills which was illegally allowed construction and other set of laws is for poor people who are allowed to build their abode on 2 marlas. Iftikhar Shahzada said Sindh province does not have a puppet government like in Islamabad despite efforts by anti-democratic forces that is why Islamabad is busy in propaganda against Sindh.
