ISLAMABAD – Deputy Prime Minister Muhammad Ishaq Dar chaired a meeting of Management and Organization Committee with focus on upcoming Urs of Hazrat Bari Imam.
During the meeting, the committee chalked out special arrangements for annual Urs of Hazrat Bari Imam, scheduled to be held from August 15-17. Deputy PM Dar directed extraordinary security measures be implemented for the ocassion, ensuring the safety and comfort of devotees traveling from various regions across the country and abroad.
He also stressed special arrangements for female devotees, ensuring they face no difficulties during the religious gathering. Dar also stressed importance of providing comprehensive facilities for all attendees to facilitate a smooth and hassle-free experience.
Khadim Darbar Bari Imam Raja Sarfraz Akram, Sohail Iqbal Bhatti, President & Executive Editor to Pakistan Observer Gauhar Zahid Malik, Inam Rabbani attended the event.
Chief Commissioner Islamabad, Chairman CDA Muhammad Ali Randhawa, Deputy Commissioner Irfan Mehmood, and representatives from the Ministry of Interior also participated in the discussions.
