Chinese envoy reaffirms confidence on CPEC’s progress: Asim

The Chairman, China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) Authority, Lt. Gen. (retd) Asim Saleem Bajwa says Chinese ambassador has reaffirmed full confidence on government on progress and pace of CPEC.
In a tweet on Thursday, he said in a meeting on future projects Chinese ambassador to pakistan Yao Jing reassured that his government is fully ready to expand scope of CPEC to private sector. The ambassador said bringing Foreign Direct Investment to Pakistan will be his focus this financial year.
