The Capital Development Authority received a great response on the first day of the auction of plots. On first day of the auction was attended by a large number of investors and great competition was seen. 8 plots were sold more than 22 billion 11 Crore rupees on the first day of the auction. A three-day open auction of plots is being held till January 26 at Jinnah Convention Centre, Islamabad.
According to the details, the most expensive plot in the history of Islamabad was sold for more than 8 billion fifty crore rupees. Similarly, Blue Area Plot No. 13 was sold in Rs. Thirty Lakh one Thousand per Square Yard. While plot number two of blue area was sold in square yard for twenty six lakh thirty four thousand rupees.
