The Chairman, Capital Development Authority (CDA), while taking notice of the recent reshuffle of officers, who have been working on the same post for the last three years, has directed to carry out further scrutiny in the matter.
During the recent reshuffle, it was observed that officers were shuffled from one desk to the other within the same section instead of posting to other sections which not only contradict the reshuffling policy but is also not in line with the direction of Ministry of Interior and Public Account Committee (PAC) in the said matter.
Taking notice in the matter, Chairman CDA has directed to compile lists of officers and officials serving on the same post for over three years within the coming week so that reshuffling in compliance of directions of Ministry Interior and PAC could be made.
Capital Development Authority (CDA) during different anti-encroachment operations conducted on Friday demolished / removed several illegal construction and encroachments from different areas of Islamabad.
In this connection, during operation conducted in Sector D-12, staff of Enforcement Directorate demolished 25 illegal kiosks and 30 building material depots from different parts of the sect-ors.
Similarly, during another operation conducted in the surroundings of Khanna Pul, Enforcement Directorate removed several movable and immovable encroachments from the vicinity while also confiscated three (03) trucks encroachment material.
During other anti-encroachment operation carried out at near Korang Nullah Dhok Jeelani, Bara Kahu one (01) illegal under construction house was demolished while 03 illegal huts rooms were demolished nearby a nullah in Sector G-10/3.
