GUJRANWALA – Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Gujranwala and other boards are all set to hold the first annual examinations 2026 of class 12 or intermediate part II from May 20.
The English Compulsory paper will be held on May 21 in two shifts – morning and evening – as students ramp up preparations, aiming for high marks that will shape their future academic paths.

English Model Paper for Exams 2026
The Gujranwala Board has shared the model paper of English on its official website so students can understand it completely before the exams.
The first part of the paper is objective-type, carrying 20 marks. Students are allotted 30 minutes to complete multiple-choice and fill-in-the-blank questions.
The second part of the paper consists of two sections worth 80 marks. The first section focuses on short-answer questions, while the second requires students to write a 300–400 word essay, create sentences using given idioms, and translate a passage from Urdu into English.
