LAHORE – The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Lahore is schedule to announce the class 12th results of the first annual examinations 2026 today (Wednesday).
The announcement of class 12th results marks a significant academic milestone for thousands of students in the region, with many now planning to move forward with their field of interest.
Lahore Board Class 12th Results 2026 Online Check
Current jurisdiction of the Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Lahore has been confined to the districts of Lahore, Kasur, Sheikhupura and Nankana Sahib.
The candidates can check the results using the three different ways.
Class 12 Results via Website
Candidates can check their class 12th results by visiting the official websites of Lahore Board (https://www.biselahore.com/).
12th Results via BISE Lahore AI Chatbot
The board has also introduced the BISE Lahore AI Chatbot, an innovative digital initiative designed to enhance student services through artificial intelligence.
Students appearing in the HSSC Part 2 First Annual Examination 2026 can now access their examination results instantly by visiting chatbot.biselahore.com and entering their 6-digit Roll Number.
Results through SMS
Students can get the results by sending their Roll Number to 800291 if they are facing trouble while using the website.
Lahore Board Class 12th Gazette 2026

BISE Lahore Position Holders
A day earlier, the Lahore board announced the position holders of class 12th.
The highest overall score was 1,158 marks, achieved jointly by:
- Mubashira Waseem — Government Degree College, Islamia College Road, Lahore
- Syed Muhammad Mohiuddin — Government College University Lahore
The second position was also shared. Ahmed Shaukat of Government College University Lahore and Muhammad Zunair Amjad of Punjab College of Science each scored 1,157 marks.
The third overall position went to Ayesha Bakhsh of KIPS Intermediate Girls College, Johar Town, with 1,156 marks.
