Indian police arrested Islami Tanzeem-e-Azadi Chairman Abdul Samad Ingilabi in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the party spokesman in a statement in Srinagar said that the police arrested Samad Ingilabi during a surprise raid at his house in Hajin, Bandipora district.
Meanwhile, Islamabad-based representative of the party, Abdul Majeed Lone in his statement condemned the unjustified action of the Indian police. He added that the freedom spirit of the people of occupied Jammu and Kashmir could not be weakened through such cruel and oppressive tactics. —KMS
