The “All Parties Takreem E Shuhada Families Conference” held on November 20th, 2023, was a pivotal assembly that underscored the urgent need for military court trials in addressing attacks on military installations. Muhammad Majid Bashir, Ex-Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Lahore High Court endorsed the legitimacy of conducting civilian trials within military courts. Stressed that such practices are not only constitutionally sound but also imperative for maintaining national security.

*Ex Judge Mirza Jawad Abid Baig*, expressed profound sentiments and supported the demand for military court trials, seeking justice for the fallen heroes and their families.
