The President of Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Democratic Party, Mehbooba Mufti has said that the Indian Army forced Muslims to raise ‘Jai Shri Ram slogans’ in south Kashmir.
Mehbooba, taking to her twitter said that she was shocked to hear about army troops’ storming into a mosque at Pulwama in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, and forcing Muslims inside to chant ‘Jai Shree Ram’.
She added that such a move when Amit Shah is in Jammu and Kashmir and that too ahead of the yatra is simply an act of provocation. She also demanded an immediate probe against the involved men in uniform.—KMS
