India’s dreaded NIA files chargesheet against two innocent youth

In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, India’s dreaded National Investigation Agency (NIA) has filed a chargehseet against two innocent Kashmiris in a false case registered against them.

The NIA filed the chargesheet against the youth, Aslam Sheikh and Muhammad Amin Butt, in a false case registered against them in connection with improvised explosive device (IED) blasts in Ud-hampur district of Jammu region in September, last year.

The NIA had filed a case against them under various sections of Explosives Substances Act and draconian law, Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA). KMS—21M

Srinagar, March 30 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the authorities in Jammu have issued an avalanche warning with low danger level for four districts during the next 24 hours.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the Jammu and Kashmir Disaster Management Authority (JKDMA) in a statement said the avalanches are likely to occur above 3500 metres above sea level in Doda, Kishtwar, Poonch and Ramban in the next 24 hours.

The people living in these areas have been ad-vised to take precautions and avoid venturing in the avalanche prone areas till further orders.—KMS
