Pakistan as a developing country is struggling in many domains due to which the health system has suffered a lot. As a result of that Pakistan has been ranked on the 122 out of 190 countries in a World Health Organization performance report. Provided with the statistics, Pakistan’s first Health & Fitness Expo “KIA Get Fit Pakistan” took place at Beach Luxury Hotel, Karachi.
KIA Get Fit Pakistan constituted with a full day event with Yoga, Mass workout, High intensity workout sessions, Fitness Competitions as well as children’s workout areas by leading industry professionals such as Nusrat Hidayatullah, Israa Shafi, Fitness Fanatics, Rizwan Noor, Sara Makki & Sana Garib, Tehreem, Kiran & Talha, Raasti Said, Mantahaa Tareen, Mustaga Totana, Fatima Zahrah Mallick just to name a few. In addition to this panel discussions on the important issues of the day with Master trainers taking sessions all day long with participants. Panel discussions with the curator Nazish Chagla and the experts at the Agha Khan University Hospital also awaited the visitors of this fitness expo so that not just physical but mental stimulation and awareness can also be absorbed during the course of this event.
This event also has another purpose that of recognising heroes amongst us and for this we are going to be working with special Olympics Pakistan as to us they constitute real life heroes which are the Special Olympics Pakistan athletes, who represented Pakistan this year at World Games, Abu Dhabi and won not only medals but also the hearts of our nation.
This fitness expo is also served as an exhibit space for everything fitness oriented in the city of Karachi and thus had exhibitors from lean food stalls, to fitness apparel to exercise equipment to gyms to nutritionists and wellness centers.
The styling partner for this event was Sajids Salon, providing styling for the Master trainers a well as on-ground styling for our visitors in their exhibit area. KIA Get Fir Pakistan insurance partners were Jubilee Insurance whilst Kia Lucky Motors Pakistan Ltd being our Title Sponsor of the event had their leading cars – Shortage and Picanto on display and for test drive at the event.
