Rector National University of Modern Languages (NUML) Major General (Retd) Muhammad Jaffar has said that Pakistan and Pakistani Nation will go to any extent to help our Kashmiri brethren, as honourable Prime Minister and the Army Chief reiterated that we will fight till our last drop of blood and whole nation is ready for this.
He said that ceremonies to support our Kashmiri brothers and sisters are good to draw the attention of the international community towards Indian atrocities in Jammu and Kashmir after abrogation of article 370 and 350.
He said that as Muslims and Pakistani we must have a way forward to address this issue other than holding such ceremonies.
“NUML will hold international and national conferences on Kashmir dispute in coming academic session and will provide opportunities to Faculty and students to research on the issue that why it has happened and what should be done to resolve the issue”, he was exchanging these views while addressing a gathering to observe Kashmir Hour in the university on Friday.
Director General NUML Brig Muhammad Ibrahim, Deans, Directors, staff and faculty members also attended the event.
Later national anthem of Pakistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir were played.
