Lahore Traffic Police updated motorists that those who believe their e-challan is incorrect can challenge it through the online review facility available on the Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA) e-challan portal.
The system gives citizens digital route to locate disputed ticket, submit a review request and wait for authorities to examine the case.
Review Wrong E-Challan Online
Step 1 — Open the official portal
Motorists should first visit the PSCA’s official e-challan website at echallan.psca.gop.pk.
Step 2 — Enter the required details
Provide the information requested by the portal to retrieve the relevant e-challan. Motorists should double-check their details to ensure the correct record appears.
Step 3 — Check the disputed ticket
Once the challan is displayed, review its information and confirm that it is the ticket you believe was wrongly issued.
Step 4 — Hit Review
After identifying the disputed challan, click the “Review” option to begin the review process.
Step 5 — Submit the request
Follow the instructions shown on the portal, provide the required information and submit the review request through the online system.
Step 6 — Wait for the outcome
The submitted complaint will then be examined by the concerned authorities. The applicant will be informed about the outcome after the review process is completed.
