Young singers perform at PUCAR’s online event ‘Sur Sangeet’

Punjab Council of the Arts, Rawalpindi (PUCAR) organized an online program ‘Sur Sangeet’ ki mehfil with aim to encourage and provide platform to the young talent in which singers Wazir Ali and Razia Kanwal exhibited wonderful performance.
The program was anchored by Saima Khan. Both the singers are attached with the field of music and presented folk songs. The Council provided an opportunity to the new talent in the field of Music, Drama, Fine Arts, and Literature after lockdown.
Director Punjab Council of the Arts, Rawalpindi Waqar Ahmed was off the view that the program was a part of online activities owing to lockdown due to Covid-19 and broadcast on official YouTube channel and facebook.
